Most buyers go for a Level 2 HomeBuyer Report. If the property is older than 1950, has had major alterations, or you have concerns, a Level 3 Building Survey gives you a more complete picture.

Yes. We offer a 24-hour turnaround service for buyers who need a report quickly — for example where a chain is at risk. Please mention this when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are based in Derby and primarily cover Derbyshire. For properties just outside the county, get in touch and we can confirm coverage — there may be a small travel supplement for properties further afield.
